The DW Performance Established Marathon Plan is designed for runners targeting approximately a 3:30 - 4:00 marathon finish who already have a solid running base and are ready to train with more structure and purpose.

 

This 16-week programme combines progressive long runs, threshold work, marathon pace sessions, and speed development to build endurance, durability, and confidence for race day.

 

Designed to be challenging but sustainable, the plan gradually increases training load while keeping recovery and consistency at the centre of the programme.
